where can i find Jabo's Direct 3D7 1.40?

hi ppl, i've been searching everywhere for this particular plug in ever since i read this;

but have only been able to find jabos dx6 plugin that comes with pj1.5 anyway.

also an RDB file is mentioned which i don't know what it is, could someone shed some light on this?
