Hello everyone.
As I could realize, the creators of this "kick ass" emulator usually read the messages of this forum. The question you already know about the releasing of the new Project 64 emulator ('cause the title above). It's because I would like to play games like Waverace (I don't know why, but it doesn't work here), 1080 Snowboarding (without the freezing problem when you finish a race) and support for games like Banjo Tooie and Resident Evil 2.
Thanks for reading this.
PS: Congratulations for all those who are involved in this great project and for changing the emulation concept in the world.

The authors of Project 64 has stopped working on it...forever.
ver1.5 will come when somebody decides to pickup where they left off(source code has been released), and makes it better than it is right now. not an easy task.

if ur good at programming, ur welcome to try to make the next version.

My waverace works perfectly on PJ64 1.4. Try downloading the US version. The (E) version didn't work on 1.4.

Specs:

Pick me, pick me, pick me... I know the answer to this question, a newer version of Project 64 will be released when someone decides to dig into the complex code. I have yet to hear news regarding entusiats continuing Project 64 but there is a obvious need for one small adjustment, the unhandled OpCode in Ogre Battle 64.

It may seem small minded to release, never the less demand, a new version due to one small correction, perhaps a patch from v1.40 to 1.41 would be a better solution, but there is a demand for this mere correction, which unfortanetly was not discovered before the release of v1.40.

Perhaps this small correction could be released by an anonymous person with good understanding of the code, it would be a great oppurtunity to put the finishing touches to this project...
