Hmm...at the moment i would say i like Zelda MoM best...it just got a great atmosphere (and Zelda 1 I´ve already played enough on the N64 
)
Back in times I also loved Goldeneye very much...I think there´s no game i´ve played more inmulti-player (not even Quake 3, Unreal Tournament, and Counter Strike)
But unfortunately my specs are far too low to let Goldeneye run well...
Aaah..and Diddy Kong Racing is great too...
And it´s not as kiddy as it seems..it´s pretty fu**in´ hart to get through the whole game...believe me
