Okay... deep breath... here we go...
(In no specific order...)
...Three NES's, two GBA's (one original batch Japanese machine replete with infamous scratch), two GB's, one GBC, a PS, two SNES's, one working PAL N64, one sort-of-working Japanese N64, one dead Japanese N64 and one dead USA n64 (some combining projects are just doomed to fail...), a half-dead 64DD, an Atari 2600 with joyboard and a Jaguar, Sega MD II, 32X and Saturn, DreamCast, Virtual Boy, a Phillips GX-somethingorother (`Satelite Attack` 0wnz), and my humble and as yet none-blowed-up-good NGC. And of course an XBox.
(well, okay, so that last one was a blatant lie).

I have pretty much owned most of them over time but currently have a ps2 ,But that's on the way out because i have been disappointed with it,not quite the jaw dropper the psx was over the then current crop of consoles .I put so much money into time crisis 2 in the arcade and the thought of playing it at home was a big seller for me..Have a guess how many times i have played it ,o.k i'll tell you *goes to get a abacus,a calculator and carol vorderman*..1 frickin time ..i repeat '1 frickin time'

i only use my NES with about 20 KILLER roms (including gargoyles 2! w00t!), but my roomie has a n64, and i own about 100 carts for that, i used 2 have a gameboy, it got lost on the way.... never owned a snes, psx, or atari, but i USED to have a sinclair, the first ever home computer, and then i UPGRADED to a TRS-80, with spiffy internal 7.5 inch drive! that thing ruled!
i might buy a used xbox, just to hack it, but that's about it for me on the console front....
oh did i mention, my in house LAN has about 5 pcs that are quake 2 capable at decent fps/res? so u can c y we rarely console around here.... it's all about quake 2 and need for speed 3...
