Weird graphics errors in Majora's Mask

Hey all. I recently started using Project64 and really love it. Most games work amazingly well. However when I try to play Majora's Mask, many of the cut scenes, like the the ones involving Link transforming when putting masks on, are very messed up. The screen goes almost yellow, and various colors flash around like a kaleidoscope. It's a very smooth kind of distortion...not like macroblocking or anything...more like trailing.

I'm using a 2.4ghz P4 with a 128 DDR ATI Radeon 9700 TX. I have the latest RDB if that matters.

I tried downloading the Glide64 plugin, but I get a message telling me it can't run full screen. When I make it full screen, the screen is just black with the audio playing. So I'm using Jabo's Direct3D 1.6.

Any suggestions?
