Way too fast.

I've been looking for a majora's mask rom all day. I finally found one but, when I run it in project 64 everything is way too fast. Is there anytihing I can do to fix this. Or is it a bad rom . I dont remember it being this difficult getting the oot rom.

Actually, it limits the FPS to the default.
