AND then, i tryed some things. i knew i got bether fps if i would put on "tick modifier 4" which you can find under emulation. And with that tick modifier 4, also use dynarec (you can find dynarec under emulation to).
I swear to god i had 50 - 65 fps. I will fraps it to you just so you can believe me.

I just have to download a fraps prog first :ermm:

My pc is quite ordinary to :S i will paste my pc pretty soon.

Speed in intros or menus mean next to nothing. It's the gameplay speed that people are inyterested in.

Yeah menu's are not the problem, ingame is.

Speaking of the Gamecube, Can't wait for Zelda : Twighlight Princess, My Gamecube's going to be dusted down in preperation for that!

I just heard, that Zelda : Twighlight Princess will be released for WII or what it is called...
Wii and GameCube both, to my understanding.

From what I heard, it will be a Gamecube game that will have some extra features enabled when played on a Wii (like Ocarina of Time did when used with the expansion pack). Only this time I'd guess the extra features have something to do with how you control the game...

No, it was talked about at E3. Nintendo is releasing 2 versions of Zelda12:TP. One for the GC, and one for the Wii. If you have a pre-order set up at a gamestore, then you'll need to clarify to them which version you want, since they're 2 different discs. I've had TP on pre-order since January of 2005. However, when I heard about the Wii version, and saw it demoed at E3 (through videos, I didn't go myself :( ), I went and tried to change my pre-order to the Wii version. They're not accepting pre-orders for it right now though...

I certainly look forward to the game as well, but probably for slightly different reasons than others here. Of course I want to play the game. But I'm hoping to obtain a GC image of it. I'd like to attempt to pull out the audio files, and play them using in_cube. Of course, this will most likely not work for the majority of the music. I've heard that Koji Kondo wanted to do a full orchestra for the game, but won't be able to do so. Basically, it sounded like more sequenced music (which in_cube can't play, of course). However, I do recall Koji Kondo saying that a select few might be orchestrated, if he has his way with things. That being the case, I'm still holding my hopes up that at least a few of the songs on the GC disc are streamed (and therefore potentially playable with in_cube). Other than playing the game, that's the other big reason I want it. I look forward to this fall/christmas with great anticipation! Mouser X over and out.

yep your right, it will be on 2 different disks. I really cant wait for the Wii to come out...toward the end of last year I was stupid and lent my GC to a good friend of mine. When I got it back, I can play a game for maybe 5 min at most, then I get a "Disk Read Error" and it stops :( And it would be silly to get a gamecube, and within a year have to buy a Wii, especially since $100 for a GC would be almost half of the cost of Wii right there. I hope the Wii version has option for normal controls tho, I want to try the motion, but would also like to switch to normal if I dont like them >_>

I dont understand why nintendo puplish 2 versions of the Game.
I know, each version is for each system.... but both of the system are similar!
I have hear that the Wii was a little bit more Efficiently then the Gamecube... like the old XBox :-( I cant believe that but IGN give´s good informations!
And the graphical best game i see was Red Steel, this game looks like XBox!
Maybe im wrong (i hope that im be wrong)...
But Nintendo has sayd that the Wii is not so High like the XBox 360 or PS3...
All the same....
My question is why Nintendo will puplish 2 same games on 2 different systems-> Wii willl be able to play Gamecubegame´s ?1?
I will buy the Wii!
Maybe sometimes Fires will release a Wii emulator called Revolution ;-)

A GC game cannot take advantage of the new controller. Therefore, they also release a Revolution version that CAN take advantage of the controller.
Red Steel looked pathetic, I'd rather wager for Metroid Prime 3. Looked very nice.
Now, as you know, PS3 and X360 are high-def. So that means (hopefully) that Revolution can be close to their graphich prowess without HD, since HD requires enormous amount of power to use.

Hmmmm... ~ right!
But the XBox 360 and the PS3 has a lot of more Power then the Wii...
Nevertheless, with high def support they lose a lot of achievement.
Wii has no High def support (cause nobody needs or can try) but many Arithmetic operations goes to analyse the controller movement!
Nevertheless, Wii will win next console generation!

But I doubt it will lose that much time interpreting the controller. Although, ya, the other two machines have more power, but horsepower is not all that matters, right? ;)
Btw, your signature image is annoying IMO. I blocked it :p

Unfortunately as much as I'd like to see Nintendo succeed, I don't think Wii will be #1. Unfortunately there are still a lot of people who think that Nintendo is "kiddy" and IMO a name like "Wii" doesn't really help, as great as the console is.

I heard somewhere that they were getting away from being all kiddy.

But I can't verify that so... yeah... anyways whats wrong with kiddy things?

Doomulation

?????????????????????????
The problem with being labeled "kiddy" is that idiots who cares about image basically reacts "This system is lame, because it's a kiddy system! Let's avoid it!"
Yes, idiots are born every day...
