Virus hoax *groan*

Old news I know, but this is the first time I've received it.

My address book has been infected with a virus and as a result so has yours because your address was in my book. The virus
is called jdbgmgr.exe and cannot be detected my Norton or McAfee antivirus programs. It sits quietly for 14 days damaging the
system. It is sent automatically by messenger and by the address book, whether or not you send emails.
To get rid of it, do the following:

1. Go to Start, then FIND or SEARCH

2. In the Files/Folders, write the name jdbgmgr.exe

3. Be sure to search your C drive or other drives that contain windows/system files.

4. Click Find or Search.

5. The virus has a teddy bear logo and the name jdbgmgr.exe DO NOT OPEN

6. Right click and delete it.

7. Go to the recycle bun and delete it also.

If you find the virus, you must contact everyone in your address book because their address book has also been infected. It
is very easy to get rid of. Sorry that this happened, it was sent to me by a friend who notified me promptly as I am also doing.

NOT THAT E-MAIL AGAIN!!!
It's almost 7 months since I recieved the same e-mail, from the same person. But the copy I have of that e-mail is in spanish. Maybe somebody translated it from english to spanish, or did somebody translated it from spanish to english? Or did it come in another language at first?
