does anyone know a solution? thanks

What are your PC's specs, or more preferably, what video card (driver version included) are you using right now?

do you mean video card or graphics card?? i never had a video card but emulation always worked well

the rest: win xp sp2, intel ceeron, 256 ram, i just got latest direct x 9c but that didnt help

You have an Intel integrated graphics adaptor. Hoo, boy. Well, if it is economilcally feasible, I'd consider using an AGP video card. For N64, even an GeForce FX 5200 or 5700 should do fine. But if you're looking for a quick fix, a GeForce MX 4000 should emulate most N64 ROMs fairly well. But if you want to go for ATI, get a Radeon 9600.

i see .... but then, how can i be that the whole shit used to work pretty well , i mean, i have already played n64 games on this computer and never encountered problems until now....

i dont understand much about hardware but couldnt there be an easier (and cheaper) solution to try first...like i dunno, changing some kind of configuration?

Yes, of course, but plugins evolve and demands more of your card. It depends on the plugin you use.
There are alternative solutions, of course, but none as perfect as a new card. Try other video plugins. They might work better or worse on your card.

What plugins are u trying to use. If it worked fine before then try using the plugin that worked for u if u switched plugins.
