128 mb ati mobility radeon 9000 (ya laptop)
512 mb ddr

i seem to be choppy in a lot of games and im running video input plugin jabo direct3d6 1.5.1. i was hoping you guys could point me in the way of changing some grafx settings and/or finding a new plugin thx

try updating your gfx card drivers. Also what games are you trying to play, because some games have problems with speed.

my drivers are up to date... i can play mario just fine and i lag in banjo kazooie when im near a puzzle piece. im very choppy in banjo tooie... im thinking that i just need to wait til i get a better cpu + grafx card

your cpu and graphics card are fine.....
try gln64 plugin.....
