Now that plugin is for direct X 6.0 and i have direct x 9.0 is there a better plugin that will use my cards ram to its full potential. thx

You haven't mentioned exactly which video card you're using. Direct64 won't be of much use unless you have a DX9 card, which I suspect you don't. Rice's video plugin can be tweaked for older cards, but I don't know to what effect.

In the end, Jabo's plugin is a fine piece of software, and I would just use that unless you're playing a game that doesn't work well with it.

I have quite the same Pc and I use 1964. It will go faster than Pj64. Unless you want to play Pokemon Stadium (etc...) that suck in 1964. I use Pj64 for that. If you want to keep Pj 64, then download Mupen64, take the rsp plugin and check the 3rd choice inside the plugin and schibo's audio, have Jabo's video, for sound have Jabo's directsound . If you want 1964, then take the rps that comes with Pj64, and select jabo's video and schibo's audio.
