Is there a meaning to remove these "scratches" on Chankast .. and, Is someone find a way to "blur" the graphics in the game ?

Don't waste your time asking people how to fix gfx problem.
Anyway, you got two options. use the ZWrite and AlphaTest ZWrite. or rather, wait for the new chanka come out!!!!
