Using the mouse for the Darkman input (i need help)

Ok so I made the control input Darkman, i set the control options to Turok 2, since that's what I was playing, and everything works fine. However, when you move your mouse up, your look continues to move up until you move your mouse down to stop it, and if you look down, you continue to look down, even if your mouse is sitting still at this point. How can I set the mouse to work like a normal computer fps? So that when I look up or down, my view has only moved as much as I've told it to and doesn't keep going, so that it stops when my mouse does. Or will I have to use a different input device like NRage (which is difficult to configure)? Sorry if my description was confusing. Thanks for the responses. And if this topic has already appeared on this site, then hell, I'm just too lazy to use search :p

I second this problem. I've tried running Perfect Dark, which is nice, but I always find Joanna loking at the floor or ceiling.

However, I'd like to contribute a bit to this question...

When I get my controller (Saitek P880) (I wish it was Christmas :p ) will I have this same problem? Or will the Y axis center (causing the view to stay at the same verticle position) again due to the analogue stick centering?

-Thanks!

Those games really do work fine with any analog controller I have been trying so far,the problem is that they will never play just like a PC FPS game because they weren't ment to be played with a mouse. You can fine tune your controller plug-in to a certain degree to make it accetable, but it will never be perfect.
Use a good analog Joypad instead, and play them the way they where ment too.
