Using a mouse with Project64

Using a mouse with Project64 - EDIT Figured it out!

I've tried in vain to figure out how to use a mouse with Project 64 and I'm about to tear my hair out.

Specifically, I want to use it with Goldeneye and have it setup with controls like Counter-Strike.

Can anyone PLEASE help me?
