unknown rom or bad rom

i need to know a name of tools which changes roms name like it is (zip file) or tell what to change rom file or and project 64 database file to show a normal name

Well, if it is a bad rom then you'll have to fix it to get it to show up properly. First scan with GoodN64 to identify the bad rom. Then use a Bad2Good patch from the download section to fix the rom. You'll need an IPS patcher such as IPSWin or even SnesTool to patch it.
