Trouble with new Dolphin...

Hi all. I recently gave a try to the new 32 bit build releasedby Falcon4ever, but since I'm novice, I got several issues with it. Wondering if someone can help...

Actually I had tried the previous one, the beta 3 which required a 64 bit OS in order to get playable speeds. My system is not 64, so I didn't get good speeds. But I tried the 32 bit one recently released by Falcon4ever, and it gave me almost the same results (SSBM): good speeds in menus, but extremly slow ingame, and I tried every possible combinations in the Dolphin.ini file. Same in ZTP. By the way, even by getting the d3dx9_35 dll file the error message "Failed to load plugin Plugins/Plugin_VideoDX9.dll" still is there. Exactly the same issue when trying to load the nJoy plugin from the previous release (I tried to play with my Xbox Controller, and the PadSimple plugin does not allow me). Without mentioning that when trying to stop the emulation or close the program from the main menus, it always freezes and crashes.

Also here, I read that with that plugin sound would work better at least in RE or SSBM, but SSBM didn't gave a bit of sound. Maybe I misunderstood?

I have seen in the forums that some people have managed to get decent fps in these 2 games, and even Wind Waker, with similar specs to mine. Am I missing something? Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, I did. I downloaded the plugin from the Google Code site, put it in the Plugins folder and selected it in the Config options. Nothing. Also, what about the other issues (the speed ones especially)?

You have to go to the "dolphin.ini" file and manually change this "UseDualCore = False" to "UseDualCore = True".

That may be your problem.

Do not use the quotes when you do it.

I mentioned in the first post that I already played with the combinations of the True and False values of the Dolphin.ini file. No changes. FPS don't go more than 12 when ingame, but menus work great. Same deal with ZTP. Also I don't know how to use the Xbox controller if nJoy doesn't work.

Your processor's pretty weak, I wouldn't expect anything more than 12fps. I don't get much more than that on the 32-bit version, and mine's 2.6GHz (AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+).

Maybe it occurred to him that someone here might know the answer, while someone at NGEmu might not. Or vice versa. ;)
