I might not have tried it out on it, but on the Adaptiod Plugin by SJR i think... He Coded it to have Transferpack Support... So Bah to you all!

depends what you mean by "transfer pack plugin".. if you mean real gameboy cart, yes, plugins included with PJ can do that, if you mean gameboy ROM image, no, nothing can do that.
