Dosen't the fact that all the awards have been given to staff members answer that question for you? :p

Doomulation

?????????????????????????
There might be a good idea of having a regular happy birthday thread...one could gain lots of spam posts to greet everyone's birthday :D

Hehe, i'm naughty :p
Well, happy birthday to everyone of whom's birthday is today, and happy unbirthday to everyone of whom's isn't today.

hmmm.. Gent.. i see a litle tiny problem though.. i mean.. if it's a "todays bday" thread.. it'll mean we'll have to be saying happy bday to ppl everyday?.. will you be posting "happy bday x y z" every darn day?.. sounds hellish :p..

maybe Marty could find a nice automagicall script that could do this instead :p..

Yeah, IMHO, we don't need this type of thread. The ET main page does a good enough job of spreading the word of birthdays.

Erm well i thought of the normal say your birthday, mine etc thread, & others not mentioned.

A every day Post saying Happy birthday for all those displayed is better Jaz.

Its one thing seeing its your birthday on the main page, & quite another being wished a happy birthday i think :)

The funny thing about this thread is that i made one just like it and it instantly got closed. Double standards, no?

Me & cool have talked about this & have accepted it was around the time all the spam cleaning & restructering was going on here.

it was a nice intended post ! & shows a good heart !

lets hope a auto script can be done to give members a special Birthday wish in a thread just to show how damn right cool ET is to be a memeber of ;)

hey gent.. i'm doing great as allways and things are just peachy :D.. hope things are alright with yous too :)

eh.. bout the whole bday thread thing.. i guess some ppl will get anoyed by it.. and it might end up getting full of spam sooner or later.. i'm not sure..

but i think if it's moderated well it could be a nice addition..

Marty also said it was to much trouble to have a script that did that automagically..

but maybe there's other stuff.. like an auto PM script.. ppl could be PM'd a "happy bday" on their bdays automagically.. it would be a nice litle thing.. and it would eliminate most problems like spaming and having to moderate it etc..

also the ones who feel it would just be a bother would'nt have to even see it.. other than on their own bdays :p..

also.. it could be good if you forget your own bday :plain:
