Texture problems in SSB with Rice

My apologies if this has been asked before.

I'm using PJ64 1.6 with Rice 6.1.4 to use hi-res textures for SSB. Most of the hi-res stuff looks great and works great, but a few textures don't render at all (and I'm sure they exist). For instance, the walls and floor on Hyrule Castle are still lo-res.

I've read somewhere, may be here, that in Graphics Plugins the "For Small Textures Only" has to be unchecked, but it already is. Anybody have experience with anything like this? Thanks a lot for your help.
