I'll share this with you. I was tired of manually cleaning up all temporary files left by all kinds of programs, so I made this small utility to clean them up.
Simply run the program. After cleaning, it will display how much space it freed by deleting the files. Does not delete files in use, so it is safe to use at any time.
It's 8.5 kb so it isn't big at all. No bloat. Fast and no user interaction needed.
The program uses the GetTempPath API to your temporary path and also cleans your windows\temp directory for temporary files.
Requires Visual C++ 2005 runtime if you don't have it.
Myself, I put a shortcut in my tray and run it reguarly when I feel like it.
