You could just look through the forum. This questions asked almost weekly it's not hard to find the answer.
The emulator is not finished yet. There is no computer right now which can run games full speed. There is only two games that are actually known to be fully playable and one is bust a move. The other I think is some japanese only game, I forget it's name. You can most likely play bust a move. Otherwise if you have a top of the line computer you MIGHT be able to hit 10 fps in some of the 3d games.
