Super Joybox 13 and you.

Hey,

I just purchased a Super Joybox 13 and it works almost perfectly. I say almost because I'm having a slight problem with the analog stick. It seems that no matter how much I push it (in any direction) it registers, to the game, that I'm only slightly brushing the analog stick.

In other words, I go to run, and I just walk. No matter what.

Any suggestions / ideas?

Thanks!
-Mike.

go to control panel > game controllers > properties > Settings > Calibrate

Run through that and try again.

In my Control Panel, there is no "Game Controllers." There's "Game Options," but nowhere inside that is the option to calibrate.

I have WinME.

I can see, now, that it's a problem with the controller's calibration, though. It's just a matter of finding out how to calibrate it.

Hmm...I had this problem of the Game controller icon not showing up. Try going to the startbar and then click run.....and type in joy.cpl. that should open up the window to the controller options so u can calibrate it. Good luck-minkster

Tried that... just gives me the "Game Options" screen, same as before. Same lack of calibration options.

Your other main problem is, You're running Windows ME.
If I had a dime for every time someone told me that... Well, I'd have about 70¢.

Alright then, thanks for the help, guys. I guess it's not that big of a deal... I'm just playing Super Mario 64, alternating between the D-Pad (run) and the Analog Stick (walk).

EDIT: I found the solution. Long story short, the Joybox drivers disallowed calibration, for whatever reason. So, I had to uninstall the drivers... and then calibrate.

Thanks!
