redhat interface looks pretty nice
only mac os x and xp look better!
Depends on the desktop environment you use. There realy is no "linux interface" in a sense. I used Ximian gome for a while, which looks awesome. Now I use a variant of nextstep.
Though Eagles pic has the default ugly fonts

hey just wondering, can linux run ANY windows program?
ok so im a newbie to this area i virtually know nothing bout it, im kinda sick of windows ME stability and cant really splash more money on win xp after buying my new gfx card..oh and is radeon 9500 supported by linux???? and linux IS free rite? im not planning to make it a primary OS but im considering maybe a secondary OS?(!)
actually red hat looks kinda better than win me!! especially the buttons in the bottom left!
Through wine you can run a huge number of them, but its a bit like emulation. It runs them only a tad slower than windows does (lots of overhead), and they aren't ran as accurately as windows runs them.
Through winex, you can run several games, such as max payne, diablo 2, warcraft 3, etc.
Several games though are ported directly to linux, that would include the sims, all of the unreal games, and all of ID softwares games (including the upcoming doom 3). These games will run a lot better in linux.

So there's a Mozilla Linux??
Mozilla is *the* most used browser for linux (second is konquerer, which is very fast and based on the KHTML engine). Mozilla is also ported to just about everything. I prefer phoenix myself though.
