Street fighter III 3d strike runs slow :|||

hi! i'm a newbye, i've a prob with sf3, then.... the game run slow :| i dont know why, may for a capcom hack ??

anyway my specs:

Athlon semptron 1.2
ram 516
ati radeon 9250

anyone can help me?

sempron 1200+ or sempron at 1.2ghz? in either case, your cpu isn't fast enough to run 3rd strike at full speed. this emulator is very cpu intensive, and while most games will run at full speed, you'll need a fast processor for that.

well, maybe not for sf3..what are the frame rates you're getting? i'll compare it with mine later on.

I get 30fps with a resolution of 1024x768, cable type VGA and the capcom hack.

Have you tried to under / overclock the emu with +/- keys? that helps. Also give Chankast higher priority or simply close explorer process in task manager for some more fps

This May Help

A lot of PAL games run a lot slower than the NTSC versions unless they have the 50/60hz option .

Soul calibur has that option

SF3 does not

TRY the jap /usa version

Hmmm. I got an Athlon XP 2800+ Barton and it doesn't run fast enough...

Check whether you have ticked "capcom hack"

close other applications in the task manager also may help. you should try other versions of chanka or... like raydn, play in the dreamcast . and when you run chanka in full screen or big-sized window,normally the fps also decreases. and this happens only to sf3 ?

i have a barton 2500+, radeon 9500pro, 512 ram, and it runs really slowly.

i also have a pentium M 1.7, radeon 9700, 512 ram, and it runs full speed.
