strange screen on Chankast

Hi, I am attempting, with an ungodly amount of difficulty, to play a game on my PC with Chankast...

If I just use the disc I burned from the CDI file (Rush 2049), I am able to select the "play" button on Chankast, but the damn thing just loops back to the Dreamcast screen.

So I tried the Utopia boot disc, and that works it gets to the screen with the reindeer that says insert backup or whatever, so I insert my game in the drive, and it takes me to a screen that looks like this:

and that silver reindeer just spins around and around, while the light on the drive just flickers every couple seconds, I left it like that for a good 5 mins and nothing.

I tried just mounting the image files with Daemon Tools v3.29, and all I could get to work was the boot disc image, i couldnt even get it to go to the silver reindeer screen like above.

And, again, if I just mounted the game image with no boot disc it would loop in Chankast.

What could be wrong?

my sf3rd strike is a self boot. i dont think its the utopia or sf3rds disc its your bios.if the dreamcast is looping back to the dreamcast screen do this, take the dreamcast bios and flash that you originally used and recopy them or overwrite the existing files. it should wotk. what happens is (i think) the bios becomes corupt when u play an image thats not from the corrct region example: playing a european game with the us or japanese bios . if overwriting your old files doesnt work you have a broken bios.
