Speedhacks for N64 emulation

Anyone knows if there has been speed hacks written for GoldenEye 007 64? or Paper Mario?

I say no such things exist, but check Romhacking.net. If you can't find anything there, there's a very good chance that such hacks really do not exist.

PistolGrip's 1964 build can run Goldeneye 007 at a constant 60fps, but increases the requirements somewhat. Not sure if you mean this or are you trying to run these games on a slower machine?

You could always try playing around with the count factor. It's terrible, but would probably get you the speed increase you desire.
