Speed Problem

There is probably a really simple solution to this problem but I need help anyway.

When I play a game using Nemu64 at the moment the speed is ludicrously high to the point that the game is unplayable, this wasnt happening before today and with a SNES emulator I used to use it was fairly simple to slow down again, but I just cant work out how to do it in this new (to me) emulator, please help cause I really want to continue enjoying Zelda OoT and its making me very sad not being able to play that classic game properly

Try pressing the Scroll lock key on the keyboard when Nemu is playing *I think* that is the frame limiter. I'll go check now.

Yeah just tested it myself, and it's not working either.... and bizarrely enough I can't get the thing to slow down :/ I'll figure it out and post the solution.

Try going to plugins>configure audio plugin>click default settings then apply, that fixed it for me.
