sometimes when i play certain games, esp. racing games, the action tends to pause for like 3-5 seconds. During the game, I'll have like 60 fps, no prob in speed, but every now and then the game just pauses. One game in particular that happens a lot is mario kart 64. It also just suddenly pauses.
Im using XP with pentium 4 1.4 ghz ati graphics card.
I'm thinking it might be an emulation bug since other games like zelda run perfectly.
any suggestions?
