I don't know if stats interest you at all, but here's some impressive logstats for www.pj64.net (yesterday):

607050 hits
511605 files
219935 page views

That's a new record by far for all the sites on the network. Congrats on the success, this is pretty huge. :)

Hi martin have you noticed that the hits recieved are much greater than the page views on the site? May be that is because many sites just link directly to the file located on your server martin, without giving u the credits. I am sure that PJ64 v1.5 is around 1mb so there are about 300000 files downloaded from pj.net directly linked from other sites. 300000*1mb is not a small amount of bandwidth to be wasted. :D

maybe you should check the referrs :pj64: :pj64:

No, that's perfectly normal since hits means all calls the server is doing, like loading an image. :)

some more good freelance journalism from stuart campbell ..
you can actually catch him around the emu scene ..he hangs out in the vp and fruit machine emu forums going by the name of nicky special ..fact! i see that article has not made it to his database online yet ..somewhat tardy me thinks .. http://www.worldofstuart.co.uk/ .. he's a great journo who brings emulation to the masses via the popular games mags ..

Must be the Radeon or the driver. The break lights and the rest of the game are perfect (just a few short pauses) with a GeForce3 on the PJ64 1.5 default settings.

yah GF3+ is ideal but should also be fine on GF1/2 thanks to validating. Maybe Jabo can take a guess at that being his fault or Radeon's

This is a GF3:

not the radeon or the driver, 'cuz 1.4 still does it fine.

no no this really was redone properly in 1.5, the blending is waaay complex here, Jabo was like "woah fuck me the GF3 can do that, I gotta get me one of those" or words to that close effect. But again im not sure it isnt a plugin fault thats making it look like that on the Radeon, i just highly suspect Jabo has this right now (1.4 didnt show brake lights at all btw)

so, same story as JFG i suppose...

/me curses under his breath

1.4 didnt show brake lights at all btw

ya, i know that, but it didnt have a red banner over the back (plus a white banner over the front). Interestingly, when viewing cars with your rearview mirror, the lights are done right. I'll try and get a screenie.

see the beauty of the gf3-gf4 is the video card well you would actually call it a video processer sence it is programable . Which i think makes it easier to work with.
