So can somone just tell me how to plug in a plug in?

I'm new to this whole procces so i really need some help.

Download a plugin, use your favorite packer zu unpack it, then copy the .dll of the plugin to the "PLUGINS"-folder of the Emulator.
But read the (normally) included readme, because sometimes a plugin needs some files moved to another folder (for example .ini-files or other .dll-files).
Then choose it in the Emulators plugins selection menu-point.

If you are talking about opening a rom in the emulator, you don't copy the file. You specify a rom folder and then you open the rom from the list that it generates when you pointed to the rom folder.

I did but my computer kept crashing every time i opend it
