I Don't THINK this goes agaisnt the rules but i'm a bit confused.

I thought I knew what this could do then I ran into this:

Q: How do I use my legally owned GC discs?
A: You can't, these GC discs aren't compatible with your DVD drive. There won't be support for it in future.

Does this mean I can't place A Gamecube disc into my DVD drive and rip it on to my computer? or does it just mean I can't Run it from my DVD drive?

Yes u can rip GC disc just use google。

It means DVD drives can't read Gamecube discs, so you can't rip them with a DVD drive or play directly from the disc.
