Game: Any game

Describe the Problem: Emulator slows down immensely when rollover text is displayed

How to Make this Problem Happen:
1) Load 1964
2) Ensure you are using Jabos D3D 1.5.1 graphics plugin
3) Ensure it is set to start in Window mode
4) Start any game
5) Put the cursor onto a tab on the taskbar (rollover text will appear), and emulator will slow down (from 60 V/Is to something like 8) This only happens with this plugin from what I have seen

Yes. Same here as well. I also noted when using Rice's plugin if the ballon of the rollover text is layed over the video itself you get this annoying flicker just in that area. Like the video is trying to update through the ballon window.

This issue is still present, and also seems to be present to an even worse degree using Evoodoo (with Glide64). Any movement of the mouse when using that will cause crippling slowdowns for me.

Just thought I'd point out this issue, in case it was something that could be remedied via the emulator. PJ64 is unaffected by the Evoodoo issue, however it does seem to display the same behaviour with regards to Jabos D3D 1.5.1, perhaps signally it's a slight issue with the GFX plugin.
