Shader Issues

I have an onboard Nvidia Geforce 6100 nForce 405 whith shader model 3.0 capabilities.

In dolphin, It only allows me to choose shader model 2.0, is there a way to fix this?

Dolphin doesn't even use Shader Model 3.0 even if managed to enable it somehow. Which you can't.
