Setting Joysticks to Keyboard Keys?

I know this isn't exactly on topic, but I didn't see anywhere else to post it.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a program that allows you set joystick/gamepad buttons to keyboard and mouse keys.

I was also wondering if it were possible to set joystick as the mouse. I'm having a few problems setting up my X-Box controller (using Xctrl) with Project 64, and this seems like the best solution.

http://phaseone.sytes.net/ look for ControlMK... also check out his Xbox controler driver IMHO its much better than XCTRL...with much better rumble support

Also, I downloaded XBCD, and I agree it's a much better program.
