GbaGuy New member Nov 13, 2004 #3 I'm slightly confused on the facts here: Did they ever have any physical evidence? Was the boat considered the scene of the crime? Was this a he-had-to-have-done-it-since-it-doesn't-make-any-sense- for-anyone-else-to-have-done-it conviction?
