Apparently SCO is now suing people who aren't licensing there Unix "intellectual'" property not just IBM. Here are some useful releases from the Free Software foundation reguarding this. They successfully (SCO) had one company sign there licensing fees (boggle). So they are now persuing other people (woo?).
It appears that SCO has been successful because, well they are using incorrect terminology on most things they are saying.
