Saving games

Is it possible to save games to the pc hard disk?

When I try to save games (in Tony Hawks 2 or Goldeneye using most recent version of project64) it says there is no controller memory pack(?) in. Do I have to buy a n64 pad and cartridge?!

Use the "Mempak" function in the plugin

Im using a Jaba plugin or something, is that the right one cos I couldnt find the mempak function

Well, although I use Nrage's plugin (go to the plugins section and download it - great plugin), Jabo's does indeed have a mempak function. Just go to a drop down box where it says "None", change it to "Memory Pack" and you're off!
