Ok, i got a XG2lite flash card and i am halfway through a game, what happened is that i got a DS now and i "ebayed" my GBA with the flash card to get me an M3, the thing is that i do not want to lose my progress and i want to take it to the m3, the save for the XG2Lite is .XGF, is there a way to convert it to something that the M3 understands?

Could you post two examples of each save type?

here was the file that XG2lite creates, i believe m3 works with VBA saves.

for those with the same problem:
The M3 has a translation spftware to work with VBA saves.
XG saves are VBA saves renamed to .XGF.
EDIT: I edited my posts because i found them a little hurtful to the rules.
