Seriously... There is a link to the rules of EmuTalk on the main page and a sticky thread with the rules on almost every individual forum.
It is impossible to miss all of them unless:
1. You are completely blind. (After seeing some posts in here during the last few years I start to believe that there are a lot of blind people on EmuTalk)
2. You only care about yourself and your problem and want to solve it "right here, right now" (even if the same thing is asked trillions of times) without reading any other threads or posts. (most of the time you simply say "I have GFX/Sound/Whatever errors" or "the emulator doesn't work" without any more information and want the rest of us to help you... Yeah, right...)
3. You "forgot to read them" or "didn't see them" or "didn't understand them" intentionally. (And you think that all the rest of us are stupid enough to believe you... No comment.)
4. Your are not older than 16 years old. (The exact age is subject to change without any further notice.)
In any case... You have no excuse.
