Rice's Video problem...

I have absolutely no idea how to fix this problem, having tweaked my settings around and found no solution. I did not used to have this problem, just since I re-installed winXP (w/ same prob in LongHorn...). I'm not sure if there's some simple fix for this, or if I drew the short straw. I'm using an NVidia card, if that makes a huge difference (I hear their drivers hate basically every EMU plugin known to man).

Oh yeah: yes, it's a Project64 pic, but that' not the issue; 1964 does the same thing.

After turning off fog, only to find that it had nothing to do with the fog, I have to assume it was either some polys not being loaded, or more likely, some textures not being applied to certain polys.

Zelda used to run pretty smoothly and happily before, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had weird, yet crappy, results like this, possibly from the newest Nvidi drivers?

There's about 10thousand more examples as I play through, but I'll spare you the screenshots other than these 4. Suffice it to say, something crappy is occuring.

well, it's odd, because with my old setup it was fine. I'm not really sure what any of my old setings were, though, because I nuked it. It would be sweet to have everything work correctly again, though...

oh yeah. And the plugin likes to fail a lot, causing me to have to remove the Rice entries in my registry, delete the files, then put fresh ones in. *almost* every time I use it. I think I'm at like 10 out of 11 tiems right now. And I quit emulation with the regular f12 in PJ64 or the stop button in Rice.

well, now. I fixed (sort of) some of the problems I was having. Unfortunately, I'm still getting some weird stuff for Deku Tree (and one would assume, more later.) I fixed, for instance, the shield weirdness, and most of the ground problems, but the Deku Tree looks exactly the same. =/
