Rice's Video Plugin v6.1.1 Beta 10

I've looked everywhere, I've downloaded millions of packages for Rice's Video Plugin v6.1.1 Beta 10, NONE seem to contain the INI needed for it to function propperly, I continue to get the error "Unable to read ini file from disk"...

If someone could upload the INI file for me or even contact me on AIM, my SN is Vheruunai, I'd REALLY appreciate it! I've downloaded this plugin about a million times now.. T_T;

Btw, I've also made attempts of asking in the High-Res projects forum, no luck there, this was a last resort, sorry!

Rice's video plugin archive that is available for download does not contain any INI files. It should be automatically created, AFAIK.

I just installed Rice's plugin on my new PC and the first time you start it up it complains about a missing INI, but this is normal and it automatically creates one to be used from then on.
