Hej everyone, I dont know how many of you are speaking german, but I found this sweet little site: http://retroplayer.emubase.de/

Each week there is a new game played on it. They use only Emulators with which you can record a movie file. You then send this file to the admin, he checks whether everything is ok, and then he puts your score in the highscore. According to your placing you get point (1st place 10 pts, 2nd place 8 pts etc.) A series runs 6 weeks and at the end the one with the most points is the winner of the series. Check it out, they MAME, ZSNES and NESticle. I played along in the 5th series and won. Now the 6th series has started and I would be honored to win against some of you guys. :blush:

Huh? No one interested? I cant believe this. Is there any reason? I would like to know because I think the idea is great and it can become much bigger.

I may check it out later, though I'm not much good at most retrogames - but I could still aim not to come last; that would be achievement of sorts

The only problem - and this will be a big one is I'm on a 56k at the moment... so yeah I don't think I'll be entering Though I may still check it out, and see how I compare against the best.

:happy: Yahoo! At last someone took notice. :saint: Fine fine, just come on, today the new game will be announced and it will be one for the SNES I think. There was a poll running on their board on how to divide the games played on the different Systems. And they came up with this

1 Series consists of 6 weeks, thus 6 different games are played per Series:

1st week: MAME
2nd week: SNES
3rd week: MAME
4th week: NES
5th week: MAME
6th week: SNES

Most games will be MAME since those games are best for Arcade Highscore Hunting.

Come on come on, I want more new rivals on this.

BTW Trotterwatch, you dont need a good connection to the internet. Uploading the videos shouldnt take long with a 56K Modem. So come on, participate actively. I would love to see you compare with me. :baaa:
