question about adapter

hi,

i want to buy an adapter to use an (original) n64controller with my pc.
i was browseing ebay and found this

1. do you think this is a boom-psx-n64-adapter or just some fake? does anyone know this adapter?
   i was wondering because at lik-sang the adapterpackage and the adapter itself look kind of different (look here)
2. as far as i know with the boomadapter i should be able to play just fine with an original controller (but without rumblepakfeature(?) [as stated here], which i wont use :whistling )
   is this correct?

This adapter will work fine, without the rumble feature though.
