PS_DRAM_ADDR_REG crash

I am having an issue in Goldeneye 007 (U). Pj64 will crash and leave a dialog box with:

SP DMA WRITE
PS_DRAM_ADDR_REG not in RDRam space

The mouse disappears when it goes over the dialog box, but will operate the OK button. The Emulator window will lock up and I have to end the task via the Task Manager. It happens randomly during game play. I haven't been able to nail down a trigger. I'm guessing it's PJ64 trying to call a directX function?

Specs:
Win 2000 SP4
AMD X2 3800+
1GB RAM
FireGL V5000
Video driver 6.14.0010.6599
DirectX 9.0c
Emulator version 1.6
Video plugin Jabo's 1.6

I have updated the driver to the latest on ATI's site (v8.353.1.0) When I listed the video driver in my 1st post that was from the dxdiag.exe 'Display' tab. I had a different version listed on the Display Adapter's 'Property' page via the Device Manager, that was 8.14.something. dxdiag.exe now says v6.14.0010.6677

I have received the same error, although far less frequent. Before I could barely finish a mission before it crashed. I have gone several days without it now. Just now it happened 3 times on the statue park level on secret agent mode. It halted with the same error but didn't lock up. After clicking OK, it threw up another box saying:

Unhandled R4300i OpCode at: 700009F8
Unknown ED 5C EC 50

Stoping Emulation !

After I clicked OK I could reset the rom and continue but it would crash with the same error at the roughly the same spot.

It's 'Good Name' reported in the browser is GoldenEye 007 (U). It's status is compatible.

Under 'Rom Information'
Name: GOLDENEYE
Rom Size: 0.0 MBit
Cartridge ID: GE
Manufacture: Nintendo
Country: USA
CRC1: 0xDBBC4FD1
CRC2: 0x08FD19A3
CIC Chip: CIC-NUS-6102

The file is actually 12MB, not sure why it's reported as 0.0MB

PS: A 'Copy to Clipboard' button on the Right click -> Rom Information dialog box would make this list easier.

12 MB isn't corrupted. In fact the 16 MB version is an overdump!

I know this for a fact, because I checked it with GoodN64 a good while ago.
