could be how the USB driver handles it vice how the plugin handles it.
I'm running 2 Xbox controlers that I opened up and soldered USB cables into. Every button work in windows and both rumble motors work. The pressure sensitive buttons even work. Using Nrages 1.8 I could get both to work but could not get the second controler to rumble. Upgrading to 1.82a made all the difference. All 10 buttons, one digital stick, and the 8 way digital pad and rumble works on both controlers. the Xbox controler has 12 buttons so I had to pick and chose, and I could have set either the left or the right stick as the analog stick. I also picked up a 4 port powered hub so that I could add a couple more and have a full set of 4 controlers just for PJ46.
As for Lik-Sang, they also sell a connector for Xbox/USB but my understanding is that they havent exactly written their own driver for it. Unfortunatly it seems from some of the the things that I have read is that they link to the drivers from other web sites that also manufacture converters ( example
CodeUnderground who among others has had troubles with Lik-Sang )
Try hunting the net, maybe you can find another driver than the one that Lik-Sang has. Maybe you can luck out, because I know Nrage 1.82a will work.
