Project 64 Error

Ok everytime I try playing a Mod I get this message... "No Fragment Shadder Support!"

Anyone know what's wrong with it?

Also, ever since I tried working Project 64 I have always got Audio on games But the screen is always black.

Ermm...Maybe it's my Graphics Card, not sure.

It may help us out if we knew what game(s) you may be talking about...

It may be your graphics card. Can you give us some info on your computer specs, like mine is mentioned in my signature below. You may also have your RSP plugin have both boxes checked, make sure you just have audio checked only.
You may just have to update a few things also, like PJ64, it's plugins, and maybe a few of your computer items...

Sounds like you are using the Fragment shader combiner with Rice's Video with a video card that does not support pixel shaders. If so, change the combiner mode. It would help if you gave better detail so I would not need to make some assumptions.
