problems with power stone 2

i have a problem with the menu in the item shop, i cant buy items or do anything inside this option. i dont know how to fix this problem, does anyone know how?

Im sure the item shop just does'nt work so save yourself the trouble and download the game save with all the items and characters unlocked......

I Did It, But The Vmu Didnt Recognize The Save File, I Did Use Dc Converter To Do So, But It Doesnt Work Either, So What Can I Do?
