Problem with Graphics

When some graphical settings are applied it looks like this:

Sorry for not providing you with the exact settings, but it's not just one or two, it's a certain nonsensical combination of graphic settings...
One more thing, I'm using Parallels to emulate WinXP through my MacBook Pro.... ^_^

Don't use Parallels to emulate Windows on a Mac. Project64 and its plugins are strictly coded for Windows, so using an emulator on an emulator can lead to various issues, which the developers of Project64 are in no way responsible nor expected to fix.

Talk to the people who developed Parallels.

By the looks of it, your graphics hardware fails rather spectacularly.
