Problem with Gens 2.11

Lately, I've been playing Genesis games on my PC using the Gens emulator. I have always used this emulator to play genesis games, mostly because it has a great compability with Genesis roms, but some days ago, it started to malfunctioning. When I execute the full screen mode, the program crashs the majoraty of times. Other times, it enables me to see the games in full screen mode, but the screen appers like this (see image below), and I don't know what to do. Is there another emulator with a compabity similar to gens.

Uninstall the KB824141 hotfix if you have installed it. On certain computers it can cause problems with Gens' fullscreen mode.

Thank you very much for the hint. Know I can play genesis games correctly in my computer. I just don't get tired of these games!
