problem with fullscreen

Every time i try to run a game fullscreen on my dads computer with project64 his computer freezes....it just goes black?Whats wrong?

my dads computer specs are:

intel pentium 4 1.5ghz
128 mb sdram
geforce 2 mx 32mb
20gb hard drive

Does fullscreen require a lot of ram?Does my dad need more ram for his computer for fullscreen?Whats the requirements for fullscreen?Thanks...

hmmmm I didnt think so since I can run every game on my PIII 1000
its weird since I know GForce are fully supported

I thought the newest drivers wasn't the best, hm?
I think the 21.83 detonator drivers are the best for gf2.
